本文将Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金进行RRA三级时效强化,通过电子衍射和高分辨电子显微术研究了其晶内析出相η '相.结合能谱面分布分析和HRTEM像TrueImage重构,提出了η '相的一个Mg-Zn-Cu三元结构模型.%Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys were treated by the retrogression and re-aging treatment (RRA). The precipitated Η' phase was studied by electron diffraction and high resolution electron microscopy. Based on the exit wave function Truelmage reconstruction and energy dispersive spectrum (EDS) , we proposed a crystallite' s structure model of three unknown phase Mg-Zn-Cu.
