The concentrations of CsA were determined by LC-MS/MS, and which compared with TDx. The correlations of the two method were researched by statisteal analysis. The mean concentration is (99. 9 ±62. 7) μg/L by LC-MS/MS, and (199. 7±129. 1) μg/L by TDx. The correlation of two methods is 0. 929, and the two methods have good correlations in statistics. The mean concentration ratio is (51. 6±9. 3)%. The LC-MS/MS method is a more precise method due to determination the effective concentration of CsA, which is suit for daily TDM.%建立液相色谱-质谱(LC-MS/MS)监测环孢素A(CsA)血药浓度的方法,并与荧光偏振法(TDx)监测结果比较,进行统计学分析,考察2种方法的相关性.LC-MS/MS方法测定CsA血药浓度平均为(99.9±62.7) μg/L,小于TDx法测定的浓度平均值(199.7±129.1)μg/L,2种监测方法测定结果相关系数r平均为0.929,相关性较好,LC-MS/MS法和TDx法自身配对比值平均为(51.6±9.3)%,因此推测LC-MS/MS法可用于CsA血药浓度监测的治疗窗.LC-MS/MS法测定的浓度为CsA原型药物浓度,能更准确的反映原型药物在体内的准确浓度,更适用于日常血药浓度监测工作.
