宫内宫角同时妊娠(HCP)是临床上罕见的特殊类型的异位妊娠,由于辅助生殖技术的发展,发病率呈上升趋势.目前对于宫内宫角同时妊娠的治疗尚无统一意见,需根据患者的临床症状、手术者的熟练度、影像学特点及意愿选择不同的治疗方式,现就其病因、诊断及治疗情况作一综述.%Heterotopic cornual pregnancy (HCP) is a rare special type of ectopic pregnancy.The incidence rate has risen in recent years due to the development of assisted reproductive technology.Currently there is insufficient evidence to recommend any single treatment modality,and the decision should be based on such factors as clinical presentation,surgeon's expertise,imaging feature,and the patients'preference.This article reviews the etiology,diagnosis and treatment related to HCP.
