Enteral tube feeding is usually a relatively straightforward method of nutritional support,which is very common in critical patients.The fourmost common methods of enteral tube feeding are nasogastric tubes,nasojejunal tubes,gastrostomy and nesteostomy at present.Identifying the at-risk patient with careful monitoring is crucial,and should be facilitated by a multiprofessional team.This article mainly reviewed the recent progress of tube feeding in severe cases.%肠内管饲是一种相对简单的营养支持方法,危重症患者中经管饲给药十分普遍.目前常见的肠内喂养方法包括:鼻胃管、鼻肠管、胃造口及空肠造口,不同的方法有其不同的优劣点,临床上各种管道喂养引起并发症较多,应通过合理操作、严格管理避免相关并发症发生,对于高危患者应仔细监测,并由专业团队进行管理,本文就重症患者肠内管饲研究现状作一综述.
