基于赋权增能理论的高师英语专业教育教学改革研究

         

摘要

Educational and teaching reform in English specialities of normal universities should be guided by the theories of teacher empowerment and student empowerment. The specific methods of the reform include establishing systems and mechanisms to ensure that teachers in English specialities can participate in the management and decision-making, making the teachers empowered, reconstructing the training objectives for the students, empowering the students to participate and building communities of mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation.%高师英语专业教育教学改革应借鉴教师赋权增能理论和学生赋权增能理论。具体改革路径为:以制度和机制确保英语专业教师参与管理和决策,打造赋权增能的高师英语专业教师队伍;重构英语专业师范生培养目标,赋予英语专业师范生参与权和建立互惠双赢的合作共同体。
