根据问卷调查的结果对高职院校教师工作满意度的影响因素进行相关性分析后得出,教师工作满意度和人际关系、工作回报、学校管理与制度、职业规划与发展、工作环境与感受这几个因素都息息相关,只是影响程度不一.其结论可为如何提高教师工作满意度提供依据.%Based on the results of the questionnaires,this paper introduces the correlation analysis of the factors influencing vocational college teachers` job satisfaction that is closely related to such factors as interpersonal relationships,salaries,management and system of colleges,careering planning and development and working environment and feelings,which influence their job satisfaction to different degrees.The conclusion can provide reference for the enhancement of their job satisfaction.
