This paper analyzes the current situation and problems in college students' media attainments as well as analyzing possible causes.In addition,it probes into feasible measures and ways of promoting their media attain-ments in the new media environment such as carrying out the media attainments education,purifying the new media environment,enhancing students'abilities of cognizing and utilizing new media and strengthening the objectivity and authenticity new media information.%分析当代大学生媒介素养现状与存在的问题，解析其形成原因，对新媒介环境下提升大学生媒介素养的措施与途径进行探讨，提出要开展媒介素养教育，净化新媒介环境，提升学生对新媒介的认知和利用能力，加强新媒介信息的客观性和真实性等。
