This paper analyzes the framework of the incentive mechanism for the interaction and cooperation between vocational colleges and industrial parks,probes into the main body,system and content of the mechanism,and pres-ents three basic principles of fairness and justice,diversification and differentiation,timeliness and long-acting effec-tiveness.%分析高职院校与产业园互动合作的激励机制框架，探讨互动合作激励机制的主体、制度及内容，提出高职院校与产业园互动激励机制的公平与公正、多元与差异、及时与长效3条基本原则。
