Based on the analysis of the problems in teaching archives management in vocational colleges,this article gives relevant solutions like establishing a level-to-level management mode for teaching archives,strengthening the construction of related rules and regulations,realizing the digitized and IT-based management of teaching archives,increasing the funding in teaching archives management,enhancing the training for the archives management staff and improving the comprehensive quality of the archives management team.%分析当前高职院校教学档案管理工作中所存在的问题，提出建立教学档案分级管理模式，加强规章制度建设，实现教学档案资料的电子数字化、信息化管理，加大档案资料方面的资金投入，加强档案管理人员培训，提升档案管理队伍综合素质等管理工作对策。
