在分析研究高职院校公共英语教师队伍现状的基础上，就公共英语师资的职业化建设方面提出如何加强职业能力建设，掌握扎实的理论知识和良好的教育教学技能及丰富的专业实践能力等建议，以期促进复合型高职教师的培养。%Based on the analysis of the current situation of the Public English teaching staff in vocational colleges , this essay probes into the professional construction of the Public English teachers such as how to strengthen the con -struction of their vocational abilities to equip them with professional practical abilities in addition to their theoretical knowledge and teaching skills ,to promote the cultivation of the compound teaching staff .
