浅析高职院校教师企业顶岗的实效性

         

摘要

To construct a well-qualified and highly-skilled "double-qualified" teaching team familiar with the workflows of enterprises is crucial to the sustainable development of vocational colleges. Internships in enterprises play a major role in building a "double-qualified" teaching team. This essay analyzes the effectiveness of teachers' internships in enterprises in the aspects of deepening school-enterprise cooperation, accelerating the process of teachers' specializa- tion ,finding out differences between theories and practice, promoting teaching reforms, introducing enterprise cultures into the construction of campus cultures, and boosting the integration of campus and enterprise cultures.%建设一支熟悉企业整体工作流程、具有高素质高技能的“双师型”教师队伍已经成为实现高职院校可持续发展的关键所在。而教师到企业顶岗是“双师型”教师队伍建设的主要举措。分析高职院校教师企业顶岗的实效性,包括深化校企合作,加快教师专业化进程;感受理论与实践的差异,促进教师进行教学改革;将企业文化引入到校园文化建设中,促进校企文化深度融合等。
