This essay defines soft skills in vocational education as well as pointing out the significant role they play in vocational education.Based on the author＇s teaching experience and learning experiences,she gives feasible suggestions on how to develop the soft skills needed by enterprises in vocational education,to improve students＇ soft skills.%本文界定了职业教育软能力的涵义,指出软能力在职业教育中的重要性;同时根据多年职业教育的经验和学习体会,对如何在职业教育中培养符合企业需要的软能力提出自己的方法和建议,以期促进学生软能力的有效提升。
