Taking production as the core indicator,a new concept of"operational efficiency"is put forward,based on which a new evaluation method for well production efficiency is introduced.On the basis of the classification of oil field production events,several principles for calibrated production calculation are summarized.Then,the clas-sified prediction method of oil well operation efficiency is conducted to guide the formulation of maintainable job content.This method shows distinct superiority at production forecast and oilfield management, and reflects the spirit of delicate oilfield management.%提出以产量为核心的油井"作业效率"的概念,构建了一种新型的油井生产时率评价方法.在油田生产事件分类的基础上,制订油井作业效率的计算规则,进而提出油井作业效率的分类预测方法,同时指导维护性作业内容的制订.该方法在产量预测、作业管理等方面具有明显优势,体现了油田精细化管理的内涵.
