According to the employ requirement of the airlines and our testing, this article discovers that there is a gap between the basic quality of our students and the demand of airlines, such as foreign language level, service consciousness, psychological quality and innovation ability. Through the analysis, it puts forward some suggestions.%本文根据航空公司的用人需求,通过对我校空乘专业新生基本素质的测试,发现在外语水平、服务意识、心理素质、创新能力等方面与航空公司用人要求间存在不小差距,经过分析,提出了相应的建议.
