飞行教师是飞行训练工作的承担者，打造好这支队伍是学院“以飞为主”主业做好做大的基础和保障，加强培训则是学院以人为本理念的体现，实现学院可持续发展的有效途径。本文抽样调查飞行教师的基本情况、培训需求，思考加强培训的策略。%Flight instructors are undertakers of flight training, executors of flight training task and aviation safety. A well-constructed teaching staff is the foundation and safeguard to enhance our university’s educational pattern of Flight Orientation and Comprehensive Development. Flight instruc-tor education embodies the idea of People Oriented as well as an effective approach for sustainable development of our university. This paper investigates the background and training needs of flight in-structors by random sampling, and puts forward effective training strategies and measures.
