膨胀性粘土中大直径泥水盾构施工关键技术

         

摘要

扬州瘦西湖隧道采用泥水盾构法施工,穿越地质为全断面膨胀性粘土,地层呈中膨胀性,遇水易崩解,粘结力强,易粘结成团,颗粒微细,泥浆量大。通过对该地层的特性分析,采取盾构刀盘冲刷系统和泥水循环系统改造措施,增设大块分离功能,采用多级分离,长距离管道输送,多级沉淀等方法,有效解决了大直径泥水盾构在全断面膨胀性粘土掘进粘刀盘,结泥饼,掘进困难,泥块泥团难输送,泥水难分离等施工难题,使泥水盾构首次在该地层得到成功应用,提高了掘进进度,保证了工程顺利实施。%Slurry shield tunneling method is used in Yangzhou Slender West Lake tunnel which pass through the whole expansive clay layer. The layer is medium expansive clay. Easy to collapse under the influence of water, strong cohesive force easy to bond together and superfine particles, large amount of mud, that’ s all the charecteristics of the clay. Through analyzing the characteristics of the layer, By using the knife dish wash system and muddy water circulation system reform measures, adding a chunk of separation function, with the multistage separation, long distance pipeline and precipitation of multistage method, which effectively solves many problems of the large diameter slurry shield in whole expansive clay layer, such as stick the knife dish, mud cake, driving difficult, and mud pie is difficult to transport, difficult separation etc. It get successful application of slurry shield for the first time in expansive clay, improves the advance and to ensure the project smooth implementation.
