Objective To study the characteristic features of gray - scale ultrasonic imaging and color Doppler flow imaging ( CDFI ) in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma ( ICC ) patients. Methods The data of ultrasonic images in 32 ICC patients confirmefl by surgery and hiopsy were retrospectively analyzed. Results The irregular shape, indefinite border and multiple inner echoes were observed in ICC patients. Intrahepatic bile duct stone and dilated local bile duct were frequent concomitant phenomena. Decreased or disappeared portal venous flow was characteristic feature of CDFI in ICC patients. Conclusion Ultrasonography is one of important tools in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ICC. Thorough analysis of ultrasonogram can contribute to improve preoperative ultrasonic diagnostic rate.%目的 探讨肝内胆管细胞癌(ICC)的灰阶超声表现及彩色多普勒血流特征.方法 对32例经手术及穿刺活检病理证实的ICC的超声声像图表现进行回顾性分析总结.结果 ICC主要表现为形态不规、境界不清,内部回声多样性,常合并肝内胆管结石及局部胆管扩张;门静脉血流变细或消失是其彩色多普勒特征性表现.结论 超声检查在ICC的诊断和鉴别诊断上具有重要应用价值,充分认识其声像图表现可提高术前超声诊断率.
