目的 介绍肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤的临床特点,探讨该病的诊断与治疗方法.方法 结合15例确诊病例及相关文献,总结肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤的诊疗经验.结果 8例行肾部分切除术,7例行肾切除术.病理结果为肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤,其中2例合并肾透明细胞癌,1例为双侧多发肿瘤.随访时间9个月至11年,肿瘤无转移或复发.结论 肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤是一种良性肿瘤,术前诊断较困难.治疗首选保留肾单位手术.肿瘤具有多发倾向,且易合并肾恶性肿瘤,应密切随访.%Objective To introduce the clinical features of renal oncocytoma, and to explore the method for diagnosis and treatment of this disease. Methods The clinical features of fifteen cases of renal oncocytoma were studied and the experience in diagnosis and treatment of this disease was summarized. Results Eight cases underwent nephrectomy, and other seven cases underwent nephron sparing surgery. The results of pathologic examination were all oncocytoma, and two of them associated with transparent cell carcinoma, and one case with bilateral multiple tumors. All these patients were followed up for 9 months to 11 years, and no recurrence or metastasis had been noted. Conclusion The renal oncocytoma is a kind of benign tumor which is difficult to be diagnosed before operation. Nephron sparing surgery is the besf method for treatment of this disease, because oncocytoma can coexist with malignancy and more than one tumor may be present in some patients. These patients should be rigorously followed up after operation.
