Obesity is an independent risk factor of cardiovascular disease ( CVD ) , which is related with metabolic disorders such as hypertension, dyslipidemia and diabetes, and is responsible for morbidity of CHD, myocardiac infarction and artery atherosclerotic diseases.But mortality in obesity patients with heart failure is lower than that in the nonobesity patients with normal BMI or less body fat, which is temded the obesity paradox.We review studies about relationship between obesity and heart failure for now.%肥胖是心血管疾病明确的独立危险因素,与高血压、血脂异常、糖尿病等代谢性疾病密切相关,显著增加冠心病、心肌梗死及其他动脉粥样硬化性疾病的患病率.但在心力衰竭患者中,肥胖患者的死亡率低于体质量正常或消瘦患者,这种现象被称之为"肥胖矛盾".文章就目前关于肥胖与慢性心力衰竭预后关系的研究进行综述.
