Hepatitis C virus (HCV) is an enveloped positive-strand RNA virus in the family Flaviviridae with high mutation rate in the genome.Chronic infection causes chronic hepatitis, necrosis and fibrosis, which can progress to cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma which is one of the biggest public heath problem.However, there is no effective vaccine update.The development of HCV vaccine is based on the evaluation of the specific immune responses against HCV and protection after challenge.%丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)属于黄病毒科,其基因组为单股正链RNA,易变异,慢性感染可导致肝脏慢性炎症坏死和纤维化,部分患者可发展为肝硬化甚至肝细胞癌,对患者的健康和生命危害极大,已成为严重的社会和公共卫生问题,目前尚无有效的疫苗.本文综述了HCV实验性疫苗的免疫学评价方法,为疫苗的研制及应用提供参考.
