目的 探讨氩离子凝固术(APC)联合质子泵抑制剂(PPI)治疗Barrett食管的安全性及其临床疗效.方法 选择经胃镜和病理检查确诊的Barrett食管患者86例,对其行氩离子凝固术联合质子泵抑制剂治疗,质子泵抑制剂每次20 mg,每日2次,共用8周.分别于术后1、6、12个月复查胃镜,评价其临床疗效和不良反应.结果 所有患者均完成治疗,其中首次治疗并清除全部病灶80例,经2次治疗清除全部病灶6例.1年内复发患者6例.治疗有效率为93.0％,1年内复发率为6.9％.结论 内镜下氩离子凝固术联合质子泵抑制剂治疗Barrett食管安全可靠,近期临床疗效较好.%Objective To explore the safety and clinical effect of the argon plasma coagulation combined with proton pump inhibitor on Barrett' s esophagus. Methods Eighty-six patients with Barrett esophagus confirmed by endoscope and pathological examination were treated with APC and PPI(20 mg a time,twice a day,for four to eight weeks). All the patients were rechecked by endoscope and pathological examination on 1,6, and 12 month after treatment. Results The treatment was accomplished in all patients. The eradication was obtained in 40( In Chinese abstract is 80 Please check. ) cases by only one time and 6 cases by two times. The recurrence of columnar epithelium with in 1 year was observed in 6 patients, the recurrence rate is 6.9%. Conclusion The therapy of APC combined with PPI is safe and effective in the treatment of Barrett esophagus.
