Objective To investigate the effect of ICU nursing communication in reducing the accident of non coma patients with malignant tumor.Methods A total of 80 non coma patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, were given tracheal intubation for the two groups.The control group was given conventional nursing, and the observation group was given strengthened nursing communication based on the control group, and psychological stress reaction, the incidence of accidental extubation and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than that in the control group, the incidence of ICU syndrome was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of accidental extubation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, but there was no statistical significant difference (P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the condition of disease guarantee, access to information and acceptance in the observation group were higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion ICU nursing communication can significantly reduce psychological stress reaction in non coma patients with malignant tumor, reduce the incidence of accidental extubation, and improve nursing satisfaction.%目的 探讨ICU护理沟通在减轻非昏迷恶性肿瘤患者意外中的应用效果.方法 将本院ICU 2015年1月-2016年1月收治的80例非昏迷的恶性肿瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组, 2组都采用气管插管法.对照组采用普通的常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加强护理沟通,比较2组心理应激反应、非计划拔管的发生率以及护理满意度.结果 观察组护理后患者出现焦虑、抑郁情绪少于对照组, ICU综合征发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组非计划拔管的发生率低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组在病情保证、获取信息、被接纳等方面的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 ICU护理沟通能够显著降低非昏迷恶性肿瘤患者的心理应激反应,减少非计划拔管的发生,提高护理满意度.
