福州市注册护士创新行为及影响因素的调查研究

         

摘要

目的:了解福州市注册护士创新行为的现状与影响因素,为提高护士创新行为和提升护理质量提供依据。方法采用方便抽样方法选取福州市5所医院的750名注册护士,采用一般人口学资料问卷和中文版多构面个人创新量表-修订版收集资料。结果护士创新行为评分为(3.30±0.65),其中创新产生维度评分(3.35±0.65),高于创新执行维度评分(3.25±0.66)。护士的职称和所在医院等级可以解释6.5%的护士个体创新行为差异。结论护理管理者不仅要重视创新氛围的构建,还可将高职称护士和低职称护士进行配对建议创新团队,采用传帮带的方式,提高护理人员的创新行为水平。%Objective To investigate the situation and influencing factors of innovative behavior of registered nurses in Fuzhou ,so as to provide evidence for improving innovative behavior of nurses and promoting nursing quality .Method A to‐tal of 750 nurses from 5 hospitals in Fuzhou were recruited and investigated with the demographic questionnaire and Multi-dimensional individual innovative behavior scale .Results The total mean score of innovative behavior of nurses was (3 .30 ± 0 .65) ,and the score of the dimension of original creativity(3 .35 ± 0 .65)was higher than innovation implementation(3 .25 ± 0 .66) .6 .5% of variance in individual innovative behavior was explained by staff nurse's professional title and the rank of hospital .Conclusion Nursing managers not only should attach great importance to the building of innovation atmosphere , but also develop the innovation team combined the high professional title nurses with low professional title nurses to impro‐ving the level of nursing personnel's innovation behavior .
