Objective To investigate the significance of the surgical formula in the surgery of concomitant exotro -pia.Methods We designed the surgeries according to the formulas.We observed the deviation in early and late stages of postoperative follow up and studied the affecting factors.Results The alignment rate of the early and late postoperative pe-riod was 94.6%and 85.0%respectively.Type of strabismus,amount of deviation and level of stereopsis had different de-grees of impact on the ocular deviation after surgery.Conclusion Surgical formula provides good reference for the design of the strabismus surgery.%目的 探讨斜视手术量范围公式在共同性外斜视手术设计中的应用价值.方法 采用手术量范围公式设计手术,追踪随访观察患者,比较术后早期和晚期眼位变化,分类观察眼位影响因素.结果 术后早、晚期正位率分别为94.6%和85.0%.术前的斜视类型、斜视度及立体视功能状态均对术后早、晚期眼位有不同程度的影响.结论 手术量范围公式可为斜视手术设计提供良好的借鉴.
