Objective To explore the clinical treatment and effects of endophthalmitis after nontraumatic cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation.Methods From January 2011 to April 2017,the clinical data of 71 patients(71 eyes)with endophthalmitis after nontraumatic cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation were analyzed retrospectively.Results Endophthalmitis was controlled in 65/71 eyes(91.5%)after surgery.23/65 (35.4%))vitreous samples were positive for culture.Among the 65 eyes,postoperative visual acuity of 40 eyes(61.5%) increased,19 eyes(29.2%)didn't change and 6 eyes(9.2%)decreased.In the group of intravitreal injection,the visual a-cuity improved significantly after injection(t =3.291,P <0.05).In the group of vitrectomy combined with intraocular lens extraction,the visual acuity improved significantly after surgery(t =5.786,P <0.05).Conclusions Timely treat-ment of endophthalmitis after nontraumatic cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation can effectively control inflammation and save visual function.Vitrectomy combined with intraocular lens extraction was effective for severe endophthalmitis.%目的 探讨非外伤性白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术后发生眼内炎的临床治疗方法及效果.方法 对我院于2011年1月至2017年4月收治的非外伤性白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术后发生眼内炎的71例(71只眼)患者资料进行回顾性分析.结果 71只眼中,手术后炎症得到控制,保住眼球者65只眼,占91.5%.65例玻璃体标本中,培养结果阳性者23例,检出率为35.4%.65只眼中,手术后视力提高40只眼,占61.5%,视力不变19只眼,占29.2%,视力下降6只眼,占9.2%.单纯玻璃体腔内注药组,注药前后视力比较差异有统计学意义(t =3.291,P <0.05),行玻璃体切除联合人工晶状体取出术组手术前后视力比较差异有统计学意义(t =5.786,P <0.05).结论 非外伤性白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术后发生眼内炎及时采用合适的治疗方法,能有效控制炎症,挽救视功能.玻璃体切除联合人工晶状体取出术是治疗非外伤性白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术后发生重症眼内炎的有效方法.
