目的 观察白内障患者植入球面与非球面人工晶状体后,不同的瞳孔直径下的视觉质量差异.方法将42例(60只眼)年龄相关性的白内障患者随机分为2组,每组30例,第1组植入RN普通球面人工晶状体,第2组植入RA非球面人工晶状体.术后3个月,应用Topcon KR-1W视觉分析仪采集上述两组患者在瞳孔直径3 mm和5 mm情况下的调制传递函数(MTF)值并对其进行分析.结果 瞳孔直径在3 mm情况下,空间频仅在30 c/d时,两组患者的MTF值差异有统计学意义,P <0.05.瞳孔直径在5 mm情况下,两组患者的MTF值差异在15 c/d、30 c/d、60 c/d空间频率下均有统计学意义,P <0.05.结论 非球面人工晶状体在大瞳孔情况下视觉质量优于球面人工晶状体.%Objective To study the difference in visual quality between spherical and aspheric intraocular lens with pupil diameters in cataract patients.Methods 60 patients with age-related cataract were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 30 subjects.One group of patientswere implanted with RN ordinary spherical intraocular lens and the otherpatients were implanted with RA aspheric intraocular lens.3 months after operation,the MTF value at 3mm and 5mm pupil diameter were measured and analyzed using Topcon KR-1W visual analyzer.Results At 3mm pupil diameter,MTF was only significantly different between the 2 groups when spatial frequency was 30 c/d(P <0.05).At 5mm pupil diam-eter,MTF was statistically different(P <0.05)at 15 c/d,30 c/d,and 60 c/d.Conclusions Visual quality is superior in patients implanted with aspheric intraocular lens
