Objective To evaluate the efficiency and safety of micropulse laser trabeculoplasty(MLT) on primary open angle glaucoma.Methods 23 patients diagnosed with primary open angle glaucoma (POAG),including 15 males and 8 females,were enrolled in this study.Average age was 61.17 ± 14.47.Micropulse 577nm laser trabeculoplasty was performed in the worse eye for each patient.Visual acuity,intraocular pressure and anterior chamber inflammation were observed at lweek,1month,3months and 6 months following the treatment.Results Pascal tonometry showed mean reduction of intraocular pressure by 3.42 ± 1.73 mmHg(15.89％) at 1 week after treatment,but no more IOP reduction at 1 month,3months and 6 months.No changes were found in visual acuity and or anterior chamber inflammationduring the follow-up period.Conclusions MLT is a useful and safe treatment in the management of open angle glaucoma,but more observation is needed because of its limited efficacy.%目的 观察微脉冲小梁激光成形术(MLT)在治疗原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)的有效性和安全性.方法 选择于我院长期治疗的POAG患者23例,其中男性15例,女性8例,年龄(61.17±14.47)岁,选择病情较重的眼,进行577nm MLT激光治疗.治疗后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月复查眼压及视力,并观察前房反应,结果 在MLT治疗后1周,大部分患者的眼压有所下降,平均下降幅度为(3.42±1.73) mmHg,降幅15.89％,与治疗前的差异具有显著的统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月的眼压与治疗后1周的眼压比较,无明显的进一步下降,差异无显著的统计学意义(P＞0.05).视力在治疗前后无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗后未发现一例患者出现前房炎症反应.结论 MLT是一种安全有效的开角型青光眼治疗方法,但其降压程度有限,需进一步观察其远期疗效.
