目的：探讨改良Kapandji 技术治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法采用Kapandji技术治疗26例桡骨远端Mayo Clinic Ⅱ、Ⅲ型骨折患者。结果患者均获得随访，时间4~24个月。无针道感染、血管损伤及腕关节僵硬等并发症。1例患者前臂后皮神经损伤，经治疗后恢复。根据Gartland-Werley标准进行腕关节功能评定：优18例，良6例，可2例，优良率为24/26。结论改良Kapandji技术治疗桡骨远端Mayo ClinicⅡ、Ⅲ型骨折临床疗效满意。%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the modified Kapandji technique for the treatment of dis-tal radius fractures. Methods Twenty-six cases of distal radius fractures of Mayo Clinic typeⅡ,Ⅲwere treated by the modified Kapandji technique. Results All cases were followed up for 4~24 months. No cases of pin tract infec-tion, vascular injury was found. No cases had wrist joint stiffness. Only 1 posterior cutaneous nerve of forearm injury was found, the case recovered after treatment. According to Gartland-Werley scoring system, 18 patients were rated as excellent, 6 good, 2 fair. The rate of excellent and good was 24/26. Conclusions The application of the modi-fied Kapandji technique has advantages in the treatment of Clinic Mayo type Ⅱ,Ⅲ fractures of distal radius. The clinical curative effect is satisfactory.
