目的 探讨椎弓根螺钉结合髂骨螺钉复位固定治疗骨盆后环不稳定的临床疗效.方法 对12例骶髂关节骨折(脱位)患者采用后路椎弓根螺钉结合髂骨螺钉复位固定.结果 患者骶髂关节均达到解剖复位,未发生血管、神经损伤等并发症.12例均获随访,时间6 ～16个月.骶髂关节均获融合.结论 椎弓根螺钉结合髂骨螺钉固定对于骨盆后环不稳定骨折脱位有良好的复位固定作用,临床疗效良好.%Objective To evaluate the effect of combined use of pedicle screws and iliac screws technique for patients with the unstable posterior pelvic ring fracture.Methods 12 cases of the unstable posterior pelvic ring fracture were treated with reduction and fixation technique by lumbosacral vertebra pedicle screws and iliac screws.Results All cases achieved anatomic reduction of sacroiliac articulations without vascular and nerve injuries.All the 12 cases were followed up for 6 ～ 16 months.The results showed the sacroiliac joints were fusion.Conclusions The combined usage of pedicle screw and iliac screw technique provided sufficient reduction and fixation for the unstable posterior pelvic ring fracture and dislocation,and the clinical curative effects were good.
