目的：探讨38例股骨颈骨折并发便秘的因素。方法：采用回顾性方法，对38例股骨颈骨折并发便秘患者进行便秘原因分析。结果：100%患者存在精神和运动因素，95%患者存在生理因素，92%患者存在饮食因素，53%患者存在药物因素。结论：股骨颈骨折并发便秘的因素有精神、饮食、药物、生理及运动等。%OBJICTIVE: Inquire into the factor that 38 bone neck bone fracture erupt constipation. METHODSAdopt a review method, erupt to be constipated a sufferer to carry on being constipated reason analysis to 38 bone neck bone fracture. RESULTS 100%sufferers exist spirit and sport factor,95%sufferers exist a physiology factor, 92%sufferers exist a food factor,and 53%sufferers exist a medicine factor. CONCLUSION Bone neck bone fracture erupt the factor of constipation to have spirit, food, medicine and physiology and sport etc.
