目的 分析儿科门诊抗菌药物用药现状,促进合理用药.方法 抽取某三级综合医院2011年全年儿科含β-内酰胺类抗菌药物处方66351张,参照药品说明书及国家有关规范对β-内酰胺类药物的日给药次数进行统计分析.结果 口服β-内酰胺类药的日给药次数合理者占78.82%,注射用β-内酰胺类药日给药次数合理者仅占1.27%.结论 儿科用药在用法上存在严重不合理现象,应引起高度重视.%Objective To analyze the status of antibiotic use in pediatric outpatients in order to promote rational use of antibiotics. Methods A total of 66351 pediatric outpatient prescriptions including P-lactam antibiotics were collected in a tertiary hospital during 2011. The rational use of P-lactam antibiotics mainly the daily frequency of administration was analyzed according to the dispensatory and relevant standards. Results The rational daily frequency was 78.82% for oral administration and only 1.27% for intravenous administration. Conclusion The irrational administration of antibiotics in pediatric outpatients is quite common, and should be highlighted.
