Most of fetal cardiac tumors are benign, and the most common type is rhabdomyoma, followed by teratoma, fibroma, myxoma, and vascular tumors. The incidence rate of fetal malignant cardiac tumor is much lower than benign ones, and the fate is doom to death. Fetal echocardiography is the main technique in diagnosis, monitoring, clinical decision making and treatment guiding of fetal cardiac tumors.
