随着现代医学的发展,临床实践指南逐渐成为临床医师科学决策的依据.但不同的国家或学术组织针对同一种病症可能制定了不同的诊治指南,这些指南的质量良莠不齐,给临床决策带来极大困扰.现就如何循证评价临床实践指南及如何将指南应用于临床实践进行阐述.%With the development of modern medicine, clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) gradually become the evidence for clinical physicians to make scientific decision on the diagnosis and treatment. Different countries or academies, however, may often develop various guidelines which may be quite different from each other even on the same disease and similar symptoms. The variable qualities of such guidelines make it difficult for practitioners to make clinical decision. The aim of this paper is to state how to evaluate CPGs based on the evidence and how to implement CPGs in clinical practice.
