本研究以华中师范大学和美国堪萨斯大学孔子学院为对象,探讨并分析了它们在远程教学人员培训、学习中心功能定位、远程混合式教学模式方面的差异及优劣势.提出了三条建议:以学科为单位进行教师培训,培训内容着重于课程体系及内容规划;突出学习中心的教学辅助功能,加强学习中心与授课教师的联系;有条件的课程开展网络同步教学试点,进行混合式远程教学新模式的探讨.探讨中外远程网络教育学习支持服务,旨在加强远程教育学习支持服务体系构建,推动我国学习型社会的建设.%This thesis is analyzing the differences of staff training, function of off-campus correspondence centers and blended learning in Distance Education on the ground of case study between Central China Normal University(CCNU) and Confucius Institute of Kansas University(CIKU).It's concluding that we should train teachers by group of subject and major.The training contents should be stressed on Network multimedia assistance in major methodology.We should set the facilitation function to off-campus correspondence centers.Also, we should apply blended learning in Network Distance Education in teaching certain subjects or majors.
