N-doped Graphene Quantum Dots (N-GQDs)were used as catalysts and effects of quality of C/N on catalysis activity of ORR were investigated using characterization methods of transmission electron microsco-py (TEM)and electrochemical method. The results show that increasing the C-quality (the same significance of the same quality of GQDs in this paper)can improve electrocatalyst activity of the ORR under alkaline con-ditions. While increasing the N-quality of catalyst,the electrocatalyst activity has an optimal value with the same C-quality.%采用掺氮石墨烯量子点(N-GQDs)为电催化剂,考察了不同碳氮质量的掺氮石墨烯量子点电催化剂对ORR催化活性的影响,用透射电镜(TEM),电化学方法等对其进行表征.结果表明,在碱性条件下,上述电催化剂中,碳质量(在文中与石墨烯量子点质量意义相同)增多,可以提高电催化活性;然而保持催化剂中碳质量相同,增加氮质量,则电催化活性存在最佳值.
