Using the method of computational fluid dynamics,we a three-dimensional flow field model of elec-trochemical deburring machining is set up for internal crossed hole of the valve sleeve. Simulation analysis pro-vides research methods and theoretical guidance for the selection of the flow field and electrochemical machi-ning parameters through a three-dimensional flow field.%针对阀套零件内部两孔相贯处的去毛刺加工,采用计算流体力学的方法,对电化学去毛刺加工过程中的流场进行了三维仿真.研究表明通过对比三维流场仿真结果可以得到使流场分布最优的夹具结构设计、电解液入口流速和出口压力,为电解加工参数选择提供研究方法和理论指导.
