阳离子木聚糖聚合物对黏土悬浮液的絮凝效果

         

摘要

对具有不同电荷密度和分子质量的阳离子木聚糖聚合物用于高岭土和膨润土悬浮液的絮凝效果进行了研究.结果表明,阳离子木聚糖聚合物在高岭土和膨润土颗粒表面均能发生吸附行为,且符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,属于物理吸附.吸附木聚糖聚合物后,高岭土和膨润土颗粒表面电荷密度均有明显变化,但变化规律有所差异.聚合物的絮凝效果与其在颗粒表面的吸附量具有直接关系.高电荷密度的聚合物对膨润土的絮凝效果比对高岭土的絮凝效果更好.%The flocculation performance of cationic xylan-based copolymers with different charge densities and molecular weights on kaolin and bentonite clay suspensions were investigated. The results showed that the cationic xylan-based copolymer could be adsorbed on the surface of both kaolin and bentonite particles.The adsorption isotherms of the copolymer on particle surface fits well into Langmuir isotherm model ,which is a physical adsorption.After adsorption of the copolymer ,the charge density of clay particles has an obvious change , but the change trends are different. The flocculation performance of xylan-based copolymer for clay suspension is directly related with its adsorption amount on the surface of clay particles.The xylan-based copolymer with higher charge density has a better flocculation performance on bentonite suspension than kaolin suspension.
