基于回波信号突变特征提取的出膛时刻检测

         

摘要

高射速火炮由于火炮转管、射速高及连发时膛口连续火焰等难题,传统的出膛时刻检测算法均已失效。针对高射速火炮弹丸出膛时刻测试的现状和需求,提出了基于回波信号突变特征提取的出膛时刻测试方法。该方法通过回波信号的短时傅里叶变换,然后在时频域进行最小统计噪声估计降噪处理,最后利用降噪后信号能量和持续时间进行检测,实现突变信号定位,获取弹丸的出膛时刻。通过对仿真信号处理,验证了该算法可以实现射速在10000发/min的高射速火炮弹丸出膛时刻的测量,可为工程应用提供有益的参考,并为后续初速的测量奠定基础。%Because of the high rate of fire as well as the continuous flame noise,conventional methods to obtain the zero time are invalid.For the recent status and needs of high rate of fire artillery proj ectile’s muzzle-leaving time test,a test method was presented in the paper.The mutation signal was detected and located to get the time of the proj ectile muzzle after STFT、the noise reduction by minimum statistics noise estimation in time-fre-quency domain and testing by power.It was verified correct and feasible by the processing of the simulate sig-nal.The accurate muzzle-leaving time was obtained under 10 000 blow per minute by this method.
