改善步进电机低频特性的续流回路方法

         

摘要

Stepping motor is applied to fuze safety and arming system as a low power motor at low frequency. However, problems of low frequency oscillation and light and heavy step occur when the stepping motor works at low frequency. Severe low frequency oscillation will result in resonance and light and heavy step phenomenon will cause noise. Continuous current circuit controls the rate of current fall and reduces the difference of current chan-ging rate. The simulation shows that using continuous current circuit is feasible to improve low frequency charac-teristics of stepping motor.%步进电机在引信安全系统中是一种小功率的低频应用.而步进电机自身在低频段有振荡和走步轻重不一的现象,严重时低频振荡现象有可能发生共振,走步轻重不一现象会对弹上系统带来噪音等不利影响.续流回路调节绕组断电时电流下降速度,减少换路时电流变化的不一致性.仿真试验表明,这种方法改善了步进电机低频应用时的工作特性.
