Obj ective:To understand the status quo of the implementation of national basic public health service projects in Dezhou City.Method:137 township hospitals and 22 community health centers in Dezhou were selected and surveyed based on National Basic Public Health Services Specification (Version 2011).Results:Under the high attention of the government at all levels,a well-organized public health service system was initially built.%目的：：了解德州市国家基本公共卫生服务项目实施状况。方法：按照《国家基本公共卫生服务规范(2011年版)》要求，对德州市137所乡镇卫生院及22所社区卫生服务中心截止到2013年底国家基本公共卫生服务项目开展状况进行统计分析。结果：公共卫生服务得到各级政府重视，组织机构健全，公共卫生服务体系已初步建成。
