磁场处理对绿豆幼苗超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响

         

摘要

Mung bean seedling was studied after different intensity and different duration of the magnetic field,following the introduction of Nitro Blue Tetrazolium(NBT) light reduction,determination of mung bean seedlings superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity was studied.The results showed that magnetic field induced SOD activity,SOD activity in seedlings after treatment was significantly higher.Under the specific magnetic field strength and duration of continuous changes in the specific magnetic induction,or a specific duration of time,SOD activity has a maximum.The results showed that the appropriate magnetic fields may be more obvious enhanced SOD activity in mung bean seedlings to improve plant resistance.%研究了绿豆幼苗经过不同强度、不同持续时间的磁场作用后,采用氯化硝基氮蓝四唑(NBT)光照还原法,测定了绿豆幼苗的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化规律.结果发现磁场处理诱导了SOD的活性,处理后的幼苗SOD活性明显高于对照组,并且SOD活性随磁场强弱和持续时间连续变化,在特定磁感强度或者特定持续时间时,SOD活性有一个极大值.可见适当的磁场激励可比较明显的增强绿豆幼苗的SOD活性,提高植物的抗逆性.
