基于理想、认同及信心的高校辅导员职业道德教育研究--以东莞高校辅导员为例

         

摘要

Strengthening the professional ethics education in University is an inevitable requirement for building the stable professional PIA teams .According to the questionnaire survey of 159 PIAs in Dongguan universities of Guangdong , it arrives at a conclusion that the correlations between the professional ideal with the professional self -identity, the professional self-identity with the professional confidence and the confidence with the career satisfaction are strongly significant .In order to help achieve PIAs ’ ca-reer targets, this paper puts forward three suggestions-strengthening the professional ethics of PIAs in universities by taking people as foundation , enhancing professional self-identity by publicizing and promoting the confidence of the PIAs by broadening the chan-nels of education .%加强高校辅导员职业道德教育是建设一支稳定、职业化、专家化辅导员队伍的必然要求。通过对广东省东莞市159名高校辅导员的问卷调查,结果表明:辅导员的职业理想与职业认同、职业认同与职业信心、职业信心与工作满意度的相关性均为非常显著。以此研究结果为切入点,提出三项对策建议:坚持以人为本,强化高校辅导员队伍的职业理想教育;加强宣传力度,全面提高对高校辅导员的职业认同;拓宽教育渠道,提升高校辅导员实现职业目标的信心。
