According to minimum zone demand of the national standard of geometric error, a visualization system geometric error evaluation is built. The geometric error is calculated by PSO (particle swarm optimization) in Matlab software, the measure data and evaluation result are showed by two dimensional or three dimensional graphics while data process, which provides a integrated platform for geometric error visualization evaluation and beneficial condition for accurately inspecting parts.%根据几何误差评定的最小条件要求,建立几何误差评定的可视化系统.在Matlab软件中应用微粒群算法计算零件的几何误差,在进行数据处理的同时,对测量数据和评测结果进行两维或三维图形显示,为可视化评定几何误差创建了一个集成平台,同时为及时正确地检测出零件加工误差提供有利条件.
