Reference free part encapsulation (RFPE) fixture is introduced in this paper. The factors to hinder RFPEfrom industrialization are analyzed. A new technique-universal component based initiative locating technique is put for-ward. It solves the problems of locating the arbitrarily shaped part in RFPE fixture and makes the accuracy of location isindependent of the error of fixture. The multi-elements filler and filling technique are put forward to prevent the stockdrift and shrinkage problems. A new method to generate RFPE cage by multi-plates, sub-cage, varied-volume andeasily-disassembly structure is also presented for access to any surface of part in a single setup and improving the fillingprocess and optimizing its parameters.%介绍了基准自由的零件封装(Reference Free Part Encapsulation—RFPE)技术,剖析了影响RFPE技术工业化的瓶颈,研究了相应的工业化策略,提出和实现的基于通用元件的主动寻位技术,解决了任意形状工件的定位问题,使工件的定位精度与夹具的原始误差无关;提出并实现的多元素合金填料和填料注入工艺,使填料较好地满足了RFPE夹具的综合要求,尤其是解决了毛坯“漂移”和“沉陷”问题;提出和实现的可拆装、可变容积的多箱、多板块结构的箱体生成技术,解决了工件一一次安装后的任意表面的加工问题,并支持了填料注入工艺的改善及其相关参数的优化。
