In order to achieve the purpose of guiding practice, philosophical reflections are made based on some engineering methods of tunnel and underground engineering from the perspective of Marx's materialist dia-lectics and the essential characteristics of engineering and engineering ethics. The philosophical reflection on the laws of the unity of opposites of materialist dialectics is used in engineering methods, such as "release" and "re-sisting", "draining" and "blocking" which are used in surrounding rock support and groundwater in underground engineering. The evolution law of the construction concept of drill and blast method is discussed with the view of "the trialism of science, technology and engineering" and the unity of opposites. The evolution law of tunnel ex-cavation method is discussed based on contradiction analysis, law of negation of negation and engineering ethic view. Through the philosophical reflections on the above methods, the problem is raised to a profound philosophi-cal understanding level and some suggestions are provided for the selection of engineering methods.%将哲学指导工程实践作为出发点,运用马克思主义唯物辩证法并从工程的本质特征及工程伦理的视角对隧道及地下工程若干工程方法问题进行了哲学反思.包括:运用唯物辩证法的对立统一规律并结合工程案例对处理地下工程中围岩和地下水等问题所采用的"放"与"抗"、"排"与"堵"等工程方法进行了哲学反思;运用对立统一规律并从科学、技术、工程的关系角度探讨了钻爆法隧道修建理念的演变规律;运用矛盾分析法、否定之否定规律并从工程伦理的角度探讨了钻爆法隧道开挖方法的演变规律.通过对以上工程方法的哲学反思,将问题上升到深刻的哲学认识层面并对工程方法的选择提供了借鉴.
