Simulation model system is a wholism, composed of simulation model related, and expression of simulation category, character and relationship. After the construction of simulation model system, it is expressed by model system in simulated training system (STS). First, relationship of model system and other systems is described. Then, combined with demands of STS, principle and procedures of establishing simulation model system is put forward, framework of simulation model system is constructed at last.%仿真模型体系是由相互联系、相互作用的仿真模型科学、系统、有机地联系在一起而形成的一个整体,是对仿真模型分类、特性及相互关系的表达.仿真模型体系构建完毕后,由模型系统进行仿真实现.首先描述了模型系统与其他系统的关系；然后结合训练模拟系统的需要探讨了仿真模型体系建立的原则与步骤,以及模型的开发过程；最后从仿真模型作用角度出发建立了相应的模型体系框架,为模拟系统的开发提供了依据.
