一起由副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒病原菌分析

         

摘要

Objective Confirm the reason for food poisioning.Methods Epidemiological investigation and the field hygiene investigation on patients were conducted, and samples were collected from patients anus swab sampls and food samples for laboratory testing and analysis.Results Six strains of Vibriio parahaemolyticus were detected in these samples; 5 were from patients anus swab samples and 1 were from semi-finished food samples: chicken gizzard. Conclusion According to General principles of diagnostic criteria and technical for food poisoning and Diagnostic criteria and principles of management for food poisoning of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, we can conclude that this food poisoning incident was caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus.%目的:确定食物中毒发生的原因。方法:对病人进行流行病学调查以及进行现场卫生学调查,并采集病人肛拭及食品等标本进行实验室检验及分析。结果:5份病人肛拭标本和1份半成品食品标本鸡肫均检出副溶血性弧菌。结论:依据《食物中毒诊断标准及技术处理总则》及《副溶血性弧菌食物中毒诊断标准及处理原则》,确定这是一起由副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒。
