暗黑鳃金龟成虫触角感器的超微结构特征

         

摘要

运用扫描电子显微镜对暗黑鳃金龟雌、雄成虫触角感器类型及其分布特征进行了观察.结果表明:暗黑鳃金龟成虫的触角由1节柄节、1节梗节和7节鞭节组成,其中,鞭节的端3节特化形成鳃片.共发现5种类型的感器,即毛形感器、刺形感器、板形感器、腔锥感器和耳形感器,每种感器均包括2个亚类.感器主要分布于鞭节的鳃状部,其中,毛形感器仅分布在触角的外表面,其他类型的感器则分布在鳃片的内侧面.雌、雄成虫触角上的感器类型一致,但数量存在显著差异.%The ultrastructures of antennal sensilla of male and female Holotrichia parallela adults were observed with scanning electron microscope (SEM). It was revealed that the antennae were made up of one scape, one pedicel and seven flagellums. The last three segments of flagellum were specially evolved into lamellae. There were five types of antennal sensilla on the male and female adults, including trichodea sensilla, chaetica sensilla, placodea sensilla, coeloconica sensilla, and auricillica sensilla. Each one was further classified into two subtypes. The sensillas concentrated on surface of antennal lamellae, and the trichodea sensilla only distributed on the outer surface of antennae, the other types of sensilla located in the inner side of antennal lamellae. No difference was found in the types of antennal sensilla between the male and female adults, but the number of sensillas existed significant differences.
