BtR05的鉴定及其对朱砂叶螨的毒力测定

         

摘要

In this paper, the strain BtR05 was identified as Bacillus thuringiensis based on morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics, combined with analysis of 16S rDNA sequences. Through comparing the physiological and biochemical characteristics of BtR05 with other 29 known B. Thuringiensis subspecies, it was identified as B. Thuringiensis subsp. Darmstadiensis. The toxicities of BtR05 fermentation broth to the larvae, nymphae and adult of Tetranychus cinnabarinus were tested. The results showed that its toxicity to larvae of T. Cinnabarinus was highest, and the corrected mortality of 72 h was 73.33%.%对山东省应用微生物重点实验室分离保存的苏云金芽孢杆菌BtR05进行了16S rDNA序列分析,结合菌落形态、生理生化特征研究,将其鉴定为苏云金芽孢杆菌属.通过与已知的苏云金芽孢杆菌29个亚种间的生理生化特征进行比较,鉴定BtR05为苏云金芽孢杆菌达姆斯特亚种(Bacillus thuringiensis subsp.darmstadiensis).同时,在室内测定了BtR05发酵液对朱砂叶螨幼螨、若螨和成螨的毒杀活性,结果表明,其对朱砂叶螨幼螨的毒杀效果最好.在施用BtR05发酵液后72 h,朱砂叶螨幼螨的校正死亡率为73.33%.
