Basing on the survey of 14 townships in Nanping,the grey correlation method is applied to analyze the priority sequence of demand on rural environmental governance services,on the basis of measuring the farmers satisfaction.The results show as fol-lows.Farmers have more satisfaction on the garbage and sewage treatment.There is significant difference among various demands for the environmental governance services.Farmers have the most intense demand for ecological engineering construction such as parks and public toilet renovation,followed by the need of monitor on industrial pollution and preventing film from being polluted,then the demand for preventing and controlling the pollution from breeding livestock,sewage and garbage treatment.Accordingly,some meas-ures are proposed to improve the consistency between the supply and demand of rural environment management service.For example, it should be combined with the demand sequence,establishing hierarchical supply modes of rural environmental governance serv-ices;the rural grassroots self-organization should play a role of link to grasp the needs of farmers and then express the needs to their superiors;a special fund should be prepared for rural public products plan,make up for the inadequacy of"A discussion for only one project "system;implement the area of continuous service outsourcing model to attract social capital to participate in the supply of rural public services,and establish the collaborative supply plural pattern.%基于南平市14个镇（街道）的调查研究，在测量农户满意度的基础上，利用灰色关联分析法对农村环境治理服务需求优先序进行分析。研究表明：农户对生活垃圾处理、生活污水处理和畜禽养殖污染治理的满意度水平较高；各类环境治理服务的需求水平具有显著差异性，农户对公园等生态工程建设、公用厕所改造的需求较强烈，对工业污染治理监督和农药薄膜污染防治的需求处于中等水平，对禽畜养殖污染治理、生活污水处理和生活垃圾处理的需求水平相对较低。据此指出应结合需求次序，建立层次化的农村环境治理服务供给模式，可从发挥农村基层自治组织的纽带作用，向上表达农户心声；规划好农村公共产品专项资金使用计划，确保资金及时到位；优化供给结构，维持供给内容的平衡性；实施环境治理服务外包，建立多元主体协同参与的供给模式等方面着手，以提高农村环境治理服务的供需一致性水平。
